Why Maceió, why now

Maceió, the capital of Alagoas on Brazil's northeast coast, has ranked among the country's fastest-appreciating capital cities in recent years. The reasons are structural: a small strip of land between lagoons and the Atlantic limits supply; tourism keeps breaking records thanks to the "Brazilian Caribbean" beaches; and the city's north shore — Guaxuma, Jacarecica, Ipioca — is only now being developed with high-end projects.

For international buyers the math is compelling: beachfront, new-build property priced in Brazilian reais, a currency that makes entry significantly cheaper in dollars or euros, and staged off-plan payment schedules that require no local financing.

How foreigners buy property in Brazil

  1. Get a CPF (Brazilian tax ID). No residency or visa required — it can be issued remotely and we assist with the paperwork.
  2. Choose the unit and reserve it. We shortlist projects matching your goal (yield or appreciation), send full tables in English and video tours, and negotiate directly with the developer.
  3. Transfer funds via registered FX. Payments are made through documented foreign-exchange transactions — which also secures your right to repatriate proceeds when you sell.
  4. Sign and own in your name. Foreigners hold full, registered title to urban property in Brazil. We follow the deed and registration to the end, and can manage the rental afterwards.
